Objectives:
1.Self-reflect on your own ability to be adaptable.
2.Determine what role is a good “fit” for you in leading change at your current institution.
3.Identify a minimum of three essential elements of change theory that you will embrace when implementing change.
4.Discuss at least two evidenced based change strategies aimed at creating an innovative, supportive, challenging and cost-effective learning environment.
5.Identify solutions that can be executed to mitigate errors that cause “pain” during change.
